We define ourselves as Pina Borda sustainable refuge, so we extend our sustainable criteria in the gastronomic field as well. 

We propose organic and nearby food. This is our understanding of sustainability. Some products are so close they even are produced in the same hut with special greenhouses. Our greenhouses are made from crystal to ensure the best solar nutrition for our plants, so we can obtain the best vegetables.

We offer traditional cuisine of the Pyrenees. Also Pallars and Catalonia in general.
